In 1975 when late Mr. Kashmirilal Goyal ji laid the foundation stone of our foundry. It was known as GOYAL FOUNDRY situated at Chinchwad location in Pune with considering needs industrial needs of western Maharashtra.
Carry forwarding this great legacy of foundry technology our director Mr. Suresh Goyal ji merged Goyal Foundry & established new foundry known as “SMART FOUNDRY PVT. LTD.” At Moshi, Pune considering Indian industrial need of casting.
With successful growth over these decades, we have increased our capacity at our new plant. It is located in Chakan, Pune.
It is having most advance infrastructure with goal of all services within one roof to serve Indian as well as global customer need of casting.
We have production capacity of 20000 metric tons castings per annum.
We do castings of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron ( spheroidal Gray cast iron) , Ni hard, Ni resist grades.
Weight ranges from 50kgs to 15 metric tone single piece.

We are leading supplier of Heavy Ferrous Casting in Pune as well as Maharashtra. Also we provide our service to major industrial areas across India. Being a leader in this sector, we have dominated overall market in this sectors.
MOSHI PLANT : In 2009 New foundry was started in MOSHI location as considering expansion with 4000 Ton capacity .
NEW MODERN SETUP at CHAKAN : We have started our new foundry from May 2021 which is having INDUCTION FURNACES of capacity of 3 MT, 5MT and 8MT. ANNUAL CAPACITY – 20,000 MT
